At Residence, haute cuisineis happily blended to a contemporary aesthetic based on unusual, often local ingredients and imaginative preparation and presentation.

Imagine breakfasting on French toast flavoured with guava or passion-fruit, or starting a long, leisurely lunch with a salad of lotus root and blood tuna and finishing off with a mango and pistachio millefeuille… or dining in informal elegance on black pork curry with seared coconut relish, followed by apple crumble and ice-cream set off with tamarind purée.
